We will be sailing for 2 days. Tim got up early and went for a long
run. I went for muesli and yoghurt for
breakfast. Tim had a massage at 9 so I
went to the spa and used the sauna again to see if I can “dry out” my
sinuses. Tim had a great massage with
Yvan from Bulgaria and then started a load of laundry in the self-serve
laundry. We spent the morning at
leisure, reading, and watching the news.

The Sultan's private yacht
Tim finished the laundry about 1 and we went to lunch in the dining room. At 2:30 we went to the theatre and watched a movie about India. Nap in the afternoon and then a coffee to wake up.
At 6 they had “Block Parties” on the ship. Each hallway came out and our stewards had wine and hors d’oeuvres and we got to meet our cabin neighbors. We met a bunch – 2 couples from Lyon, France, couple from Seabrook Island, couple from Durham, NC (Chris and Linda Bailey), and a couple from Australia, etc.
We went to the lounge for drinks and then headed back to
Cette Mari for another Italian dinner.
Tim was told that it would be 30 minutes and they could come get us in
the lounge. As we walked away a man
approached us and asked if we would like to share a table of 6 with them. We agreed and away we went to our table. George and Grant are from Victoria, B.C. and
Monica and Richard are from Nova Scotia.
We had so much fun with them talking and laughing.
After dinner the 6 of us went to a clarinet concert – a man
from Warsaw, Poland. He was very
talented.
Off to bed after 11.
The clocks are set ahead 30 minutes tonight so we are now 10.5 hours
ahead of home.
